4-H speech winners advance to districts

Each year students in fourth through sixth grades in Jefferson County have the opportunity to participate in the Florida 4-H Public Speakings school enrichment program. Sponsored by Florida Power & Light, the program is designed to introduce these students to key concepts of public speaking in an exciting and challenging way.
