Commissioners to hold closed door meeting to discuss truck stop litigation

Lazaro Aleman ECB Publishing, Inc.  The Jefferson County Commission is scheduled to hold an executive session with its attorneys on Thursday, Aug. 21, to discuss possible settlement negotiations and/or strategies related to pending litigation resulting from a business’s application denial. The closed-door session is set to begin at 4:30 p.m., with the commission then scheduled to proceed with its regular open public meeting right after.  The California-based Solero Land Company LLC, whos
