Accepting the Kingdom Challenge

The phrase, “There’s no such thing as a free lunch” is a popular adage that communicates the idea that it is impossible to get something for nothing. The reality, however, is that there are times we do get blessings that cost us nothing because of the giving and sacrifice of someone else. This last weekend I was driving my pollinated car when I saw some youth waving signs that advertised a free car wash. Always being one that enjoys helping out youth groups, I decided to turn into the church parking lot to get my car wash. After my car was washed, I offered a donation for their efforts. They refused.
