AI Generated voices used to bilk money

A woman in the Tampa area was recently fooled when she picked up the phone and heard an AI reproduction of her daughter's voice sobbing into the phone.  For a moment, the loving mother heard a person panicking and weeping, certain she recognized her grown daughter's cry. Her “daughter” claimed that while texting and driving, she hit a pregnant woman an
