Alicia Marie Kelly arrested after fraud complaint

Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Contributor On Oct. 28, 2025, a local Monticello tax accounting business owner came to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) reporting that an employee, Alicia Marie Kelly, was stealing clients' banking information and using it for personal benefit. The Criminal Investigation Division of the Sheriff’s Office investigated the complaint for fraud. In the i
