Allman re-elected as Chief Judge

Elizabeth Garber Trial Court Administrator The Second Judicial Circuit of Florida is pleased to announce that the Honorable Francis J. “Frank” Allman has been reelected as Chief Judge, beginning his second term on July 1, 2025. The circuit serves Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty and Wakulla Counties. “I am honored to continue serving as Chief Judge,” said Judge Allman. “The role presents challenges, but it is deeply rewarding to support our dedicated judges and justice partners in ensuring a fair and efficient court system for the people of the Second Judicial Circuit.
