Andrew Tillman selected as District Teacher of the Year

Hailey Heseltine ECB Publishing, Inc. Andrew Tillman has been selected as the District Teacher of the Year for Jefferson County Schools, following his recognition as Jefferson County K-12 Community Partnership School's (JCS) Secondary Teacher of the Year during late November. Tillman, who has been with JCS for four years, is a Career and Technical Education Teacher. He focuses on teaching basic web design, through which students learn to modify websites and other essential tech skills for ca
