Artist Spotlight: Chris Latham

Among these talented artists is Chris Latham.  Latham is a 24 year old artist from Miami, who moved to Monticello recently and says the charm of the rural town has been inspiring when it comes to his creative process. He describes himself as a lifelong artist, but says he really began to take his creativity seriously
