Artist Spotlight: JFrancis O’Reilly

Among these talented artists is JFrancis O'Reilly, a 59-year-old artist who was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island and now lives here in Monticello. O'Reilly has enjoyed a lifetime of art appreciation, but his art journey began at a young age.
