Auditions for “Grease” are Nov. 16-17

Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. Monticello Acting & Dance Company (MadCo) is holding auditions for all roles in the hit musical “Grease” on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 16-17, at 2 p.m. Auditions take place at the MadCo Studio, located at 185 E. Walnut St., Monticello. Those interested in trying out for a role should be prepared for a short dance combo and bring the following: • A 1950s tune or song from the show • Your own track (we’ve got Bluetooth players covered!) • Sheet music (just in case!) “Grease” is a musical that gets its name from the 1950s working-class youth known as greasers.
