Author unveils book about local church’s history

Contributor A new book, The Story of a Pioneer Baptist Church on Mission: 1831-2023, was recently completed and made available for the community by Linda Gramling Demott. and Donald S. Hepburn. The book is a complete history of one of Florida's oldest active Baptist churches, the Elizabeth Baptist Church, one of Monticello's own historical churches. It was originally organized in the 1831, marking this year as its 192nd of activity. It has stood the test of time for nearly two centuries, and
