Aveline Boutique’s Giving Tree raises $300 plus donated items for local animal center

Throughout the 2024 holiday season, a special tree was erected inside of a local boutique shop in Monticello with the purpose of inspiring members of the community to raise awareness about the needs of a local animal adoption center. Aveline Boutique, located at 225 N. Jefferson St., set up their Giving Tree in December of 2024, with the hopes of benefitting the Wolf Creek Pet Adoption Center and spreading the word on some of the adoptable animals there. Wolf Creek cares for approximately 100 cats, dogs, puppies and kittens, providing them with vet care and housing until they can find their forever home. As a non-profit organization, they rely heavil
