Barbara Sheats celebrated her 90th birthday!

Debbie Snapp ECB Publishing, Inc. Longtime resident and hospice volunteer Barbara Sheats celebrated her 90th birthday on Saturday, Feb. 1 with family and friends at the Monticello Woman's Club. Nearly 100 guests dropped in to wish “Happy Birthday” greetings to Barbara during her afternoon gathering.
