Barrel Race to benefit Hunter Handley

Laura Young  ECB Publishing, Inc.  Support from the community continues to flow toward the Handley family of Monticello, following Hunter Handley's cancer diagnosis in January of this year. One effort is the upcoming Handley Benefit Barrel Race, to be held on Saturday, May 10, at Roberts Arena, 6492 Waukeenah Hwy. Exhibitions begin at 10 a.m., and the race takes place at 1 p.m. Monica Roberts and Bailee Fye, the event organizers, have secured a very large group of sponsors to help raise funds through the event's raffle, concession sales, silent auction and direct collection.
