Because of His righteousness

A natural progression is gently revealed in these passages: “The work of righteousness will be peace, and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever. My people will dwell…in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places” (Isaiah 32:417-18). The work of righteousness is peace and the net result of that is stability and security. God’s people can live in secure dwellings and quiet resting places; this is not a reference to gated communities or a physical fortress.
