Behind the rhyme

Many people call themselves lovers of music, and one of the very first kinds of music we are subjected to is nursery rhymes, which are often sung to us at a young age by parents and teachers. These simple songs serve a dual purpose of being soothing and educational for young children, as they teach them basic ideas and good speaking skills.
When you examine these common nursery rhymes, however, the task of discerning the stories behind them may cause a bit of confusion.
