Bill aims to curb tipping

Lazaro Aleman ECB Publishing, Inc.  In another sign that tipping is getting out of hand, a Florida legislator is proposing legislation that would clamp down on automatic gratuity and service charges at restaurants and similar eateries.  The amendment, proposed by Republican State Rep.
