Blake Dollar arrested on multiple charges

After a victim came forward and notified the Sheriff’s Office of allegations in reference to sexual abuse by Dollar, detectives began an investigation. Multiple victims made allegations in reference to sexual abuse, voyeurism, child pornography and animal abuse.
