Bridges Family selected as 2024 Farm Family of the Year

A high point of each Jefferson County Farm Bureau (JCFB) annual meeting and banquet is the announcement and recognition of a local family selected for its outstanding contributions to agriculture. On Tuesday, Sept. 24, JCFB held its annual meeting, and named Cole and Josie Bridges with CB Family Farms the 2024 Farm Family of the Year. For Josie and Cole Bridges, farming has always been a part of life. As they both came from farming family backgrounds, it seemed only natural for this husband and wife duo to take on the family business and start a farm of their own.
