Brynwood holds Thanksgiving feast

Jazzy music filled the air of the activity room at Brynwood Health and Rehabilitation Center on Monday afternoon, Nov. 25, when residents gathered for a bountiful Thanksgiving feast. As tempting aromas drifted from laden serving tables, staff and volunteers began filling plates and delivering them to the seated diners. Main dishes and sides included tossed salad, Hawaiian rolls, cauliflower casserole, roasted potatoes, mac-n-cheese, wings, meatballs in sauce, turkey, ham with pineapple, cooked cabbage, chicken and rice, shrimp with yellow rice, pigs in a blanket, greens with pork, turkey casserole, black eyed peas with sausage and cornbread stuffing.
