Jefferson county commissioners have been opposed to anything related to safe biking or walking every time it comes up. Just throw your money over the line and leave us alone is the attitude. I attended the meeting, and that's what I thought. The gentleman that thought bicyclists would interfere with his ability to move his heavy equipment onto 90 was comical.
