Capital Health Plan to host free Healthy Aging open house

Story Submitted Capital Health Plan (CHP) will host its third annual Nancy Van Vessem, M.D., Center for Healthy Aging Educational Open House on Tuesday, Oct. 6, bringing together health professionals and community organizations for a free afternoon focused on healthy aging. Designed for adults 55 and older, caregivers and families, the open house will feature expert presentations, chair yoga, interactive demonstrations and opportunities to connect with local organizations and explore CHP h
