Car Show proceeds presented to Tigers Baseball Team

The annual car show at this year's Watermelon Festival touched the community in two new and special ways. First it was renamed in honor of the late Craig McCollum, who had been the driving force behind the show for the past twenty years. In addition, the show's organizers, Don and Chantel Romaine, and its sponsors, CarQuest Auto Parts/Curtis Morgan's Garage and Johnston's Meat Market, announced during the spring registration period that proceeds from the car show would be donated to the Jefferson County Schools Tigers baseball team.
