Changes are coming to the Jefferson County CERT

The chaotic weather of Florida is known to all, with our heavy summer rains, tropical storms, tornadoes and even hurricanes. Because of the hazards these dangerous kinds of weather present for citizens, Jefferson County has multiple systems in place to help prevent and repair damage to our town and our lives. One such system is the Jefferson County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), a volunteer-run group that works in harmony with the Jefferson County Emergency Management center.
