Charlie Ward to speak at FCA Legacy Banquet

Mary Madison Contributor The Jefferson County Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) proudly invites the county and surrounding northwest Florida area to their inaugural Legacy Banquet on Friday, April 26. The event will be held at 5:30 p.m. at Jefferson County K-12 School (JCS), located at 50 David Rd. in Monticello. The guest speaker will be superstar athlete and 1993 Heisman Trophy Winner Charlie Ward. He received more than 30 awards during his senior year at Florida State University, where he played both point guard in basketball and quarterback in football, before going on to be a successful professional athlete in both Major League Baseball and with the National Basketball Associa
