Christians serve a loving, forgiving God

Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. The March 6 gathering of the Monticello Community Prayer Breakfast was hosted by Aucilla Christian Academy (ACA). Student ambassadors greeted more than 40 attendees and served a delicious breakfast of biscuits, gravy, sausages, bacon and cinnamon rolls. Mike Gresham of Gideons International led everyone in singing “God Bless America,” a general prayer was given by Rev. Johnathan Brewster, and the prayers for the sick and distressed were lifted up by Pam Gresham, also of Gideons International. ACA Headmaster Richard Finlayson then introduced the guest speaker, Manuel Smyrnios, a 1987 graduate of ACA who is now a retired Florida Highway Patrol officer
