Bryant, Carilon, 54, admitted to violation of one or more of the conditions of his probation, stemming from a charge of grand theft in 2017 plus charges of grand theft, uttering and forgery in 2018. The judge adjudicated Bryant guilty, revoked and terminated his probation and sentenced him to 180 days in the county jail, with 77 days credited for time served.
McKown, Katherine R., 37, entered a plea of no contest to two counts of forgery. The judge withheld adjudication and sentenced her to two years of probation and 75 hours of community service. The judge warned McKown that if she violated probation, she could face up to 10 years in prison and her withheld adjudication could be revoked. The judge reserved the right to impose restitution later and instructed McKown not to have contact with the victim.
Norton, Shadrick Kavane, 36, charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of firearm ammunition by a convicted felon and carrying a concealed firearm by a convicted felon. At the request of defense counsel, the judge reduced Norton's bond from $10,500 to $5,000.
Seabrooks Jr., Floyd Melvin, 40, entered a plea of no contest to charges of burglary of a conveyance and grand theft. The judge adjudicated Seabrooks guilty and sentenced him to 11 months and 29 days in the county jail, with 102 days credited for time served.
Thomas, Quannterrius Keshaui, 24, entered a plea of no contest to discharging a firearm from a vehicle. The judge adjudicated Thomas guilty and sentenced him to 21 months in prison, to be followed by 24 months of probation. He was credited with 321 days for time served. The judge warned that if Thomas violated his probation, he could face up to 15 years in prison.
