City seeking nearly $5M for infrastructure improvements

At the behest of Interim City Manager Steve Wingate, and in conjunction with Kimley-Horn Engineering, the City of Monticello is going after nearly $5 million in grant funding for infrastructure improvements. The funding is being sought from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) through the legislative process.
