Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. For the past month, United Force of Jefferson County has been collecting winter coats and accessories like scarves, socks and gloves. Items were collected that would fit infants, toddlers, school-age children and adults of all sizes. Now they are ready to give them all away. The giveaway takes place on Saturday, Jan. 6, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Winn Dixie Plaza, located at 1287 S.
