Community Fish Fry to be held in Greenville

Story Submitted St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church in Greenville invites the community to come out for its annual Community Fish Fry, which will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m. The event will be held rain or shine at the church. This year, the menu has been expanded to include fried saltwater fish (mullet) and freshwater fish (catfish). Guests will also be treated to delicious sides, including: baked beans, coleslaw and hush puppies. The drink and dessert are included with the meal, and the best part is, it’s all free.
