Community Holy Week services get strong response

Community Holy Week services organized by the Jefferson County Ministerial Association drew more than 100 people a day, with a peak of 130 reported in attendance on Good Friday. Ten different churches joined forces to provide the main messages, worshipful music and grab-n-go lunches for each day's program.
On Monday, March 25, Pastor Nathan Peeler of Monticello Church of Christ gave the message; worship was led by Steve Lenzo and lunch was provided by First Baptist Church of Lloyd. The message on Tuesday was delivered by Pastor Sean Vickers of First Baptist Church Monticello, and his congregation also provided lunch, while worship was led by the First Me
