County gets small portion of $1.3M it sought for courthouse restoration

For the second time in as many years, Jefferson County failed to get the $1.3 million that it was seeking from the Florida Legislature for the repair and restoration of the historic courthouse on the circle.
Unlike last year, however, this time around the county got a portion of the requested funding.
