County green lights impact fees study

Lazaro Aleman ECB Publishing, Inc. County officials recently reinstated the pursuit of an impact fee study by David Taussig & Associates (DTA) that they had put on pause late last year because of a lack of time to duly complete the analysis by the established deadline. On the recommendation of staff, the Jefferson County Commission on Thursday, June 5, reinstated a contract with David Taussig & Associates (DTA) to do a study for the development of legally defensible impact fees for
