County to draw up a capital improvement plan

The Jefferson County Commission recently approved a contract to engage WSB Engineering to prepare a five-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the county, including descriptions, cost estimates, and funding sources for capital improvement projects from 2025-2029 and possibly beyond.
