In the continuing legal battle between the county and the wedding and entertainment venue known as the Homestead Barn, the latest court action favored the former.
In an order issued on Thursday, Dec. 21, Circuit Court Judge Dawn Caloca-Johnson denied a motion for attorney’s fees filed by appellants Sheila and Mark Winchester, the owners/operators of the Homestead Barn.
