Criminal cases for Reams, Culp and McNeill in discovery phase

Since the arrest on Sept. 20 of Kirk Reams, Warren “Charles” Culp and Justin “Tyler” McNeill on charges of Grand Theft and Organized Scheme to Defraud the citizens of Jefferson County, the case for these co-defendants has been proceeding through the judicial system. Documents filed in the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in Jefferson County since the initial arrest date are many.
