Culp and McNeill are sentenced

The last two defendants in the courthouse corruption case received their sentences on Wednesday, Oct. 2.
Justin Tyler McNeill, formerly the chief deputy clerk and human resources director in the clerk of court office, and Warren Charles Culp, a financial consultant and former finance director in the same office, had each earlier entered pleas admitting to the charges of grand theft of more than $20,000 and organized fraud and cooperated with the state in its prosecution and conviction of former Clerk of Court Kirk Reams on grand theft.
