Culp and McNeill given incarceration time

The last two defendants in the courthouse corruption case received their sentences on Wednesday, Oct. 2.
Justin Tyler McNeill, formerly the chief deputy clerk and human resources director in the clerk of court office, and Warren Charles Culp, Jr., a financial consultant and former finance director in the same office, had each earlier entered pleas of no contest to charges of grand theft and organized scheme to defraud. The two likewise cooperated with the state in its prosecution of former Clerk of Court Kirk Reams, whom a jury convicted of grand theft on Aug. 27.
