Culp found at Bonifay hotel

Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. On Wednesday, Sept. 27, Warren “Charles” Culp, Jr. was located at the Holiday Inn Express in Bonifay, Fla., and arrested again, this time for a bond violation. Jefferson County Sheriff Mac McNeill said that Culp was transported on Tuesday, Oct. 3, from custody in Holmes County to custody in Jefferson County, where he faces charges of Organized Scheme to Defraud and Grand Theft of over $100,000.
