The courthouse corruption case refuses to go away entirely, its latest iteration a minor brouhaha caused by the return of one of the three defendants to the courthouse to help sort out some of the mess that he created with the financial records. Warren Charles Culp, convicted of grand theft and organized scheme to defraud, recently was returned to the clerk’s office to help correct some of what he had done while working in the office as a financial consultant and its finance director.
