Deacon Edd Keaton

Deacon Edd Keaton, affectionately known as “Bubba,” was born in Monticello, Fla., on Jan. 6, 1953, to the late Aggie Bell Keaton Thompson and the late JB Williams. He was raised by his maternal grandparents, the late Mother Annie Lee Keaton and the late Deacon Ed Keaton.  Deacon Keaton confessed Christ as his personal Savior in August of 1965 under the leadership of Elder A.L. Sailor at the Welaunee Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as a faithful member and deacon before moving his membership to Mt. Pleasant Ministries under the leadership of Elder Charles Smith.
