Drought activity, and then some welcome rain

Well, the drought has been something to weather, using my hopeful past tense and pun intended. My mostly native plants seem to have shown few signs of stress, except for my bull bay magnolias. They thrive in a wetter environment than where they currently find themselves. I have two volunteers that are growing in my dry, sandhill woods. One is quite tall.
