Ashley Hunter ECB Publishing, Inc. On Tuesday, Aug. 20, Jefferson County Sheriff's Office (JCSO)'s Cpl. Colby Bethea conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Rabon Road and Waukeenah Highway. The traffic stop was initiated after Cpl. Bethea witnessed a dark-colored, four-door sedan fail to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of the two roads. After stopping the vehicle, Cpl.
