ECB welcomes Tiffany Blaner

Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc.  ECB Publishing, Inc. is excited to welcome Tiffany Blaner as an advertising salesperson for the Monticello News, Jefferson County Journal and The Front Porch magazine.  Originally from Cortland, Ohio, Blaner moved to Jupiter, Fla., in 2015. She relocated to Monticello, Fla., about a year ago on the recommendation of her best friend since the age of eight, who loves living in Jefferson County. Now Blaner has become a first-time homeowner and is settlin
