Emerald’s Gem Box…Matthew 5:21-22

(The following column is a re-write of a column I wrote two years ago. I came across it again and thought it worth updating and running again.) One Sunday morning during church service, our preacher had (on the overhead screen) the Bible verses of Matthew 5:21-22. 21 Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: 22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in
