FaithFull Refillery to cut the red ribbon, host Businesses after Five

Washington St., is the latest addition to Monticello's lineup of merchants in historic downtown. To celebrate their opening, the Monticello-Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce is holding a ribbon cutting at the store at 5 p.m. Aug. 6.
