Farm Bureau announces winners of this year’s poster and essay contest

Heather Ainsley  ECB Publishing, Inc.  This year, the Jefferson County Farm Bureau hosted their Farm Bureau Poster and Essay Contests for first and fifth graders at Aucilla Christian Academy (ACA), with winners from four classes. The Poster Contest saw six first grade winners from Ms. Katlyn and Ms. Tonya's classes (three each), while six fifth grade students of Mrs. Fletcher and Mrs. Ensminger won the Essay Contest (also, three each).  The contest was presented and explained following Ag Day, which took place in February. The poster contest required first graders to depict their version of a farm, while the essay contest for the fifth graders required them to write 100 words on
