It's the cold, hard truth: As much as we love the holidays, they can be a headache. All the planning, the organizing, the family members, the travel... it may be fun, but it's also a lot to handle. With all the extra responsibilities and things to juggle this season, you may be feeling a little tense and run down. Tension can build up in a lot of different arenas of mental, emotional and physical health, and while a little stress can motivate us, a lot of stress can be detrimental to our overall wellbeing.
