Felony Verdicts from the 2nd Judicial Circuit

Laura Young  ECB Publishing, Inc. Navares Dawontae Boyd of Brandon, Fla., born April 15, 1996, was charged in Jefferson County with Possession of Controlled Substance (filed Jan. 25, 2024). On March 10, 2025, Boyd pled no contest to the charges and was found guilty by Judge Dawn Caloca-Johnson in Circuit Court at the Jefferson County Courthouse. The Criminal Punishment Code Scoresheet indicates that Boyd had six prior felonies and various misdemeanors. On March 10, 2025, Boyd was sentenced to two days in the Jefferson County Jail, with credit for two days served, to be followed by 24 months of drug offender probation.
