Field of local candidates keeps changing

The field of candidates running for 12 local offices continues to change, with two additions and four withdrawals in recent weeks, leaving at 26 the total number of office seekers. For School Superintendent, the additions are Michael Sneed Jr. and Jackie Pons, both Democrat. Pons, currently principal at Jefferson County K-12 School, was formerly school superintendent at Leon County schools.
